The following are advanced warm up motions for golfers. Please consult your physical therapist or physician as needed prior to initiation.

  • See Simple Golf warm up program before performing the advanced movements.

  • Perform each exercise a minimum of 5x.

  • Then repeat the sequence or particular movements as needed.
