Golf warm up
(Simple)
The following are easy and safe warm up motions for golfers. Please consult your physical therapist or physician as needed prior to initiation.
Perform each exercise a minimum of 5x.
Then repeat the sequence or particular movements as needed.

Single leg hip circles
Hip internal rotation
Shoulder circles
Side bend
Rotation
Neck mobility
All movements should be PAIN FREE.
Do not push through pain.
