Fitness services provided to the senior population designed to help improve fitness, increase strength and return to or keep doing the things they love. We come to you - in your home- and help you achieve a level of independence and health through fitness.
How does it work:
One of our PTs comes to your home and does an in-home assessment of your movement, fitness and balance
We discuss your goals and create a fitness and wellness plan just for you that helps you achieve your goals as well as helping improve your overall health.
We will communicate with your doctor along the way to keep them informed.
We continue to monitor your progress, adjust accordingly, and are by your side every step of the way.
These wellness services are private pay and are not covered by Medicare.
