Strength Session Warm Up for Runners
The following exercises are to be performed prior to weight lifting session. The order can vary if needed. For simplicity, perform 20 reps of each movement

20 Isometric Single leg RDL with with Row (10 / arm / leg)
20 Alternating Lunges
20 Bear Crawl with Shoulder Tap
20 Push up
