Strength Session Warm Up for Runners

The following exercises are to be performed prior to weight lifting session. The order can vary if needed. For simplicity, perform 20 reps of each movement

  • 20 Air Squat

  • 20 Single leg RDL to Overhead with march

  • 20 Isometric Single leg RDL with with Row (10 / arm / leg)

  • 20 Alternating Lunges

  • 20 Bear Crawl with Shoulder Tap

  • 20 Push up
