THE PROCESS

  • 1) Schedule

    Schedule the time and place for our clinician to join either your 1) run in a real world setting OR 2) bike with a smart trainer

  • 2) Perform Lactate Testing

    Perform a graded running or cycling test complete with blood testing. Don’t worry, our clinician is there to direct and encourage.

  • 3) Train with Confidence

    Your clinician will provide your precise training paces/power for your aerobic only (Zone 2) activitiesas well as your threshold training.
