THE PROCESS

Schedule your phone call and fill out our form with pertinent training information and injury history

2) Online Consultation
Discuss yor specific training needs with one of our PTs. Based on your goals and current condition, we will help develop a plan that works for you.

3) Receive your 4 week plan
Our programs are based on 4 week blocks. A specific plan will be generated for your needs. Routine follow ups and program modifications are recommended but not required.
Put 10X to work FOR YOU
At 10X Physiotherapy, we know you do not want to have to deviate away from your original plan because of an injury. However, it is still possible to meet your original racing goals if some things are done correctly. Our experienced endurance coaches will craft a specific plan for your training needs that will not jeopardize the healing process.
