GOLF MOBILITY
The following are easy mobility exercises that can be performed anywhere. These are chosen specifically to be simple and easy to repeat without having to worry about doing them with incorrect form. Consult your physical therapist or physician if there are questions about appropriateness of each movement.
Perform each movement for 10 reps (per side). Hold each position for 5 seconds.
Repeat 3-5x per week.
