Despite the best intentioned training plans, injuries can occur. Overall strength and resiliency to injury are vital to successfully navigate the rigors of most endurance sports. However, most “off the shelf” strength programs miss the mark with real Strength and Conditioning principals that actually help (not hinder) endurance sport performance. Our coaches are experienced Doctors of Physical Therapy and understand your unique needs and goals.

THE PROCESS

    Schedule your phone call and fill out our form with pertinent training information and injury history

  • 2) Online Consultation

    Discuss yor specific training needs with one of our PTs. Based on your goals and current condition, we will help develop a plan that works for you.

  • 3) Receive and Implement your specific plan

    Our programs are based on 4 week blocks. A specific plan will be generated for your needs. Routine follow ups and program modifications are included to make adjustments as needed.

At 10X Physiotherapy, we know endurance athletes, because we are endurance athletes! In our experience, most people prefer to be on their bike or out on a run instead of being in a gym. That said, we also know that most of our athletes recognize the need for strength training. What we have found through the years is that most athletes generally know what weaknesses to work on, but do not have an understating of good Strength and Conditioning principals that would actually make their effort worth the time. Our experienced endurance coaches will craft a specific plan for your training needs that will not only make your time efficient in the gym, but will give you the benefits you need. If you have been injured in the past, let us help you tailor a program specifically for you needs and endurance goals that will keep you able to compete for years to come.

Training Cycles are typically 12-16 weeks in length and are programed in 4 or 5 week blocks
